Once enrollment is completed and access is provided, the course content is immediately available to the user. Due to the digital nature of our product, we follow a strict no refund policy. 2. No Refunds After Course Access Fees paid towards online courses, workshops, or programs are non-refundable under any circumstances once course access is granted. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued. 3. Exceptions (Only in Technical Error Cases) A refund may be considered only under the following limited conditions: Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same course. Payment failure with deduction: If your account was charged but enrollment did not happen, and no access was granted.
